Warranty terms & conditions
Skinbased product warranty
We warrant our products for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date and only to the original retail buyer.
All warranty claims are handled through our local retailers. If you discover a defect that is covered by our warranty (see below for limitations), you must contact the retailer you purchased the product from and/or return the product to the location where you purchased it originally. In the event that this is not possible, please contact your local distributor (see our partners).
The product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
Limitations of the warranty
Please take a look at the limitations of the warranty before hitting the snow for the first time:
We do not warrant products against normal wear and tear, such as ski edge cuts, unauthorized modifications, or if the product was used for a purpose for which it was not designed. Skinbased products are designed for backcountry skiing only.
The warranty does not cover defects that are caused by misuse or improper maintenance. Before using these products, read and understand all instructions and familiarize yourself with their proper use, capabilities, and limitations.
